• To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its features.
• To process payments and verify transactions through Paystack.
• To manage Events, including displaying contestant profiles, counting votes, and updating live leaderboards.

• With Payment Processors: We share necessary transaction data with Paystack to facilitate secure payment processing. Paystack handles your card data under its own privacy and security standards.
• With Organisers: When you vote in an Event, the Organiser may see your name, email address, and vote details for administrative and verification purposes.
• Service Providers: We may engage third-party vendors to assist with hosting, analytics, customer support, and security. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols and processed through Paystack's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
